Pennsylvania Municipal Service, also known in the community as PAMS, is dedicated to ensuring customer success through an individualized approach, treating each and every customer with the dedication they deserve. PAMS offers a variety of services designed to be both efficient and intuitive to ensure client success, including the following:
· Current and delinquent utility fees, including both sewage and garbage fees
· Current and delinquent real estate tax services
· Current and delinquent miscellaneous taxes, including per capita tax, business privilege tax, amusement tax, and mercantile tax
· Bill printing and mailing, including real estate tax, per capita tax, and utility fees.
PAMS offers online billing and payment options, as they know that being able to complete just one more task from your home can make life a whole lot easier. At PAMS, customers have the opportunity to pay with an ACH electronic check, by credit or debit card, immediate pay, automated pay, and scheduled payment. Both electronic checks and credit/debit card transactions carry a small fee, $0.40 and $6.00 respectively. These fees are nonrefundable, as they cover the administrative costs associated with the payment, and it is shown on the page before the payment processes, although the professionals at Pennsylvania Municipal Service advice that it may show up as a separate charge on your bank or credit card statement.
